Chef Dominique Ansel andTeam 189 by Dominique Ansel are excited to team up with Chef Charles Olalia, renowned chef of LA’s Ma’am Sir, for an exclusive one-night-only Filipino Kamayan Feast to remember.
Join us around our communal table for this family-style feast, where we’ll serve a bountiful spread of classic Filipino favorites meant to be shared and eaten with your hands, from 2 kinds of crispy lumpia to grilled chicken and pork BBQ skewers with homemade sauces, whole loup de mer slow-baked in banana leaves, pork lechon and short rib inasal, and more – all served in the traditional shared format that makes Kayaman feasts so much fun. And don’t forget the desserts and drinks! The feast also includes an assortment of Filipino sweet treats, a refreshing summer cocktail to wash it all down, and a special surprise to take home.
